RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

At EndorsedByChrissy, we want you to love what you ordered! However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Below are the details of our return and exchange process:
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for most items.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • The return must be requested within 7 days from the date you received your order.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.

Please note that some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Jewelry, accessories, and intimates (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely NO REFUNDS will given. 

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we’re happy to accommodate. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will notify you and process a refund instead.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Send us an email at [email protected] or use the return request form on our website. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.
  2. Get a Return Label: After confirming your return or exchange, you will be prompted to pay for your return shipping label (at a special discounted price) for you to conveniently print the label right from your home and send it back to us hassle-free.You do not need to wait for instructions from us to send it back. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE YOUR INFORMATION INSIDE OF THE PACKAGE IN ORDER FOR US TO CREDIT YOU. Include either a copy of your invoice or simply a piece of paper with your name, order number, and email. Items must be sent back to EndorsedByChrissy within 14 days of the customer having received the package.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible), affix the return label, and drop it off at the designated carrier.
  4. Credit or Exchange Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your store credit, or ship out your exchange, depending on your preference. You’ll be issued a store credit in the form of an Gift Card via email. Store credit covers origin
